Energy-saving intervention on two units in a single house in the residential centre of Porto Santa Margherita in Caorle. The work involved the external insulation of the building, including the insulation of the roof intrados, the complete replacement of the external window frames, and widespread static consolidation due to the age of the building, where rainwater seepage had led to the corrosion of the steel within the concrete. The functional upgrading of the interior continued with the renovation of all the electrical systems, plumbing and finishes.
The work carried out resulted in the rejuvenation of the overall appearance of the property.
